Put equal in the tires. That is what I did. Death Wobble is 85% of the time bad springs on the upper king pin.

The temro(aka zerostart) is all you should need unless you live in Antarctica. I have the 600w Temro and my truck has had no issue starting in -15f actual temp(not wind chill).
