You need a haldex universal bracket to mount it and a small adapter for the unloader line. Yes I have them.

Ppv could be frozen up but 110psi in both tanks should allow for operation.

AC voltage in the DC electrical system would cause all kinds of problems. I have no idea why it's even connected in the trucks.
