The A0, A1, A2's fan clutch all work the same way.
The problem with teeing in after the mechanical valve on the truck is that it has little vent on the back of it so when
it turns off it vents the air psi from the clutch and the clutch turns off.
So when you turn the solenoid on it will vent...
I am trying to install a Red Dot AC in my M936 and put the condenser in front of the radiator with out the elec. fans.
But I can not figure out how to get the truck to turn on the motor fan and the AC to be able to turn the motor fan on when it needs it.
Any input would be welcomed. Thanks!
I had a problem with my M936, I was starting to get oil at the front axle switch and the air filter.
It turns out it was coming form the transfer case via the vent from the transfer case and the air was coming from the shifting valve on top of the transfer case, so it was pressurizing the...
When I got my M936 I was thinking of doing the same thing and I had a guy here on SS look at his M936A1 and he sent me some pics of his tool box and sizes. I can not find the pics or remember his name.
But the 14.00x20 was not going to fit in the spares spot.
I will keep looking for the pics.
I got a harness from Erik's when I redid my Deuce and it worked just fine. I did have to jumper the fuel pressure switch wires due to my truck did not have a pressure switch. Do not remember the wire numbers.
I think the one with the plug on the bottom is a newer Parker motor.
If your motor is working ok and the older one with out the plug I would just not reverse it a lot real fast.

Glad you did not get hurt!!! Once I was charging a 12v battery in a gen. and it had been on charge for a day.
I took the charger off and hit the starter and BOOM. I guess there was gases built up it the battery.
Man was it loud!!!
