    Tubes required for super singles?

    Yes you will need to run tubes on a stock split rim, I believe the 11.0 x 20 tube and liner should work.

    Use a chevy 350 cork valve cover 1/4 thick I believe cut it in the wedge shape for the keyway.

    You right about the transfer case, I always start off in 1st and double cluch the rest of the gears. Also I bring up the Rpms while shifting down.

    stick it in your windshield defroster that way you will not have to mount it

    Spent 3 cold days with the Deuce this week

    For thoses of you wondering where to put the Solargizer, I just stick it in between the defroster and front windshield glass, it has enough space to just lay it in there. When I drive I put it behind the pass seat. Leave it hooked up 24-7 works great through the glass.

    broken wheel studs

    You will need to remove the front axle, the 3" nut loosen the front brake pads pull off the front drum, remove the hub, then repair or replace the studs. as others said while you are at it at this point go through the whole front end, and replace parts as needed
