How hard is it to replace the axle half shafts, I have one front and one rear that needs to be replaced due to boot split, looked on youtube couldn't find anything, also noticed that rear geared has started to leak so need to fix that also.

How do you tell if a HHMV has the 6.2 or 6.5 in it. I have an 87 and a 94 M998, the 87 was listed with the 6.2 and the 94 was listed with the 6.5. The 94 model has a blue rebuild sticker on the valve cover done in 2009, but I need to know what engines are in them for sure, thanks

I know using either is not the best on these engines.... But if used correctly and sparingly I don't have an issue with it, don't it several times and will continue to use it sparingly and correctly. I have never blown anything up or broken anything using it, you just have to be careful.
