Do not use starting fluid if there is any chance your glow plugs are working. It sounds to me like you have the famous pressure switch air leak. Search the CUCV part of the site for pressure switch.

Their other kit would work to. It puts the evaporator behind the dash instead of on the firewall were the 24v buss is. You would still have to move the blackout lights and 24v gage though. The above would be how the military would probably do it.

In Mississippi, if you "rebuild" a trailer you can register it as a new trailer and get a new title for it as homebuilt. Each state is different. You can also get a title bond on vehicles and trailer that have a title problem and get a bonded title that lets you get a tag.

I was told they were the widest plan steel wheel GM made. Most trucks with wide wheels got the fancy ones with chrome trim. I can get a bunch of them and in fact have a set on one of my M1009's. I was told how wide they were but I forgot. 8.5 or 10.5 comes to mind.
