I might have a liner puller, but it no workie with the pistons in the cylinder. Also, pic 2 in the post looking thru the air boxes, the piston looks scuffed. That is not a good thing.
When you told me a Mil engine in the can, I was thinking military rebuild. Nope, that is a ReCon engine built by Cummins ReCon. It still has the warranty package on the engine. I would Call ReCon and see if the warranty is good on it. Has never been installed so there should be no warranty start...

M105 type trailers are plentiful. One could rob the air over hyd system off of one of those, get some hydraulic backing plates from a pick a part and put them on your trailer. If it is a 2 axle trailer, make one axle air/hyd and the other civi electric brakes.
