    11.00 x 20 tires needed

I think I still have 6 11.00x20s on deuce rims. I'll have to check. I should have loose 11.00s and I also have a set of 11 Michelin XL 11.00R20 on 5 ton rims.

    Tips on 5 ton M812?

Well the M809 is a series of trucks (cargo, dump, wrecker, tractor, bridge truck, etc.). They all have the Cummins NHC-250 and were put in service to replace the older multifuel 5 tons. Since bridge trucks have spent their life backing down into rivers to launch/retrieve bridges and boats, I...

    Tips on 5 ton M812?

There have been several M812s offered for sale in Indiana recently. I have seen prices from $3750 to $7500. The bigger tires lead to more road speed. Other than that, it should run the same as any M809.

M816 Engine Options?????? Cummins or not

The only engines in the M816 were Cummins. You must have found an older multifuel, probably 60s vintage.

    M543A2 doin a little work

Hey Rizzo, it looks like you are running Goodyear AT-2A 16.00R20 tires on the front and Michelin XZL 16.00R20 tires on the back. Is that correct? How are the 16s working out? With the taller tires, do you still have enough reach with the outriggers?

Goodyear 395/85 MVTs VS. Michelin 14:00 XLs on Bobbed Deuce

RE: Goodyear 395/85 MVTs VS. Michelin 14:00 XLs on Bobbed De Sasquatch- You quote the 14.00s to be 46.7 od. Is that a typo? I love the look of the MVTs. They probably perform a lot better on the road, but I think the Michelins would do better offroad. Are you on pavement most of the time?

RE: Re: RE: Which tred pattern? I think the 52" tires are on a 5 ton. XMLs are typically found in 46" size.
