So BBoomer was that the truck you were telling me about ?? I like my 7155 it just needs 1 more gear lmbo .I just dont seem to use the first 3 or 4 gears that much so far.
The 1 thing about the cummins there not real big HP engines ( not saying you can't modify them to). But you would not believe the torque they produce . everyone is concerned about HP but without tourque ur not moving that big mass of steel . So due some homework and you will better understand...
If you have it in low range it will move a mountain at lower speeds. But if your going for 40 and above they can be a bit slugish if your pulling a good load. There have been people on here who have added a turbo to them with not costing a fortune and good results.
Take the regulator valve appart . They only leak if there is dirt on the seat or if you have a cut O ring. A new Regulator is cheap ( less than $60.00 ) I hope this Helps !

Zen find out what Amp draw is at what voltage ? Also you can use a Isolation Transformer for noise reduction. And if thats not good enough add a few big Caps LOL . A friend of mine has been talking about the new digital converters and says he has seen a few in the feild that have worked well...
You can go either rotary or static phase converter to run from single phase to 3 phase. The rotatry will handle more current and will have a longer life. Statics have come along way but have a tuff time if the load increases fast, And thats when things burn up.
