    first of all check the pressure with a mechanical gauge. The military sending units are not all that great. If you do that and still have 0 oil at idle the best cause of that will be cam bearings.

    umm its low. at 2600 RPM it still can not handle a 1/2 inch impact at full use. get a couple good blasts and then its wait for the air to rebuild. I will have a 20 gallon take in line with my air tools for my deuce so it will keep up a little more... but there is no way a deuce compressor would...

    you know about the only good thing that would come out a EMP and a deuce is maybe that god forsaken low air busser would get cooked. every MV I drive I take the wire out on that thing. On my 813 I took the buzzer out so my "friend" could not hook it up anain.

    Deuce Transfer Case Discussion..Gerhard!

    I think so kenny... From what I have seen the out put shaft is different but you can swap out parts from a air shift to make a sprag in to air. I think thats what the kit is just a bunch of parts and the air lines... give it a shot but I think you will be ok.

    If you need a fan clutch solinoid I have a birdge to sell you cheap too. and a cadillac valve.... I have all the parts you need send check ASPA. you will need the whole clutch last time I looked. try the GM parts house.. they should have a military book and be able to order that part. I kow...

    witch oil for m35 transmission/transfer case

    ok here is oil 101..... in a multi weight the first number is its rating at 32* so 75 is its flow rate at 32* and the second numbers is its flow rate at around 180* (I cant remember) so the 75/140 will flow better at 32* then the 80/90. now flow rate is on a molecular leval not in the drive way.

    If GL-1 is not out there (wisconsin it a SO only, dont know why) but any 80/90 with a MT-1 on the back will work great. If you are going to drive your Deuce in the cold you will want a 75/140 gear oil in the trans and t case and for the axles use amsoil 50W full syn oil.
