I used a pipe wrench and a cheater pipe to break the nut loose. Then I chained the trailer to tree and the lunette to a tractor and it did not come loose. Hitting it dead on is the best way to remove it and it will fall out.

have a 3 position pintle mount, and I just bolted two tow hook on the mount

I looked at lowes and Tractor Supply and nothing comes close for the money. For security i run the chain throught the ring and lock it.

I would use the 16 foot. I would just load them on a trailer. Easier to unload and load. I have done this twice.

Just take one in to NAPA and they can find one
