Looking good w3azel! Mine took over a year to get where it is today (with some intentional and unintentional breaks), and there's still some work to be done on her. In the end it'll all be worth it!

Yeah, the idea was pretty much put on near permanent hiatus....but if I ever build a custom camper on my crew cab deuce (see avatar and build thread) it'll be something along what these pictures represent.

Yes, I got it in Florida. However, the previous owner never patched the holes in the roof where the police light bar was and all the seals were dry rotted, so lots of water got in. Also, he took it to the beach a lot, so lots of salt water intrusion as well. No different than salt rot up...

Any specifics? If the rain holds off I'll get some updated pics today.

I did a full seat swap (both front and rear), using seats from a early 2000's Chevy pickup and third row seat from similar year Suburban. You can see them in my M1009 build thread in my signature.

Wow, it's been over 6 months since I've updated this thing! A lot has happened in that time. Had a major health scare that put me out for a time, then with the holidays and what not not much happened with the truck (hence the delays) until the last three weeks. Anyways, got the troop seats...
