AM General M934 How difficult is it to find repairs & how much will they set me back?

Mine was one repair after another. Busted liner to injection pump rebuild twice. Make sure you can turn a wrench or stay away. My two brother in laws are diesel mechanics and they couldn't work on them cause no computer to tell them what was wrong.

I built a false tailgate out of wood with a cutout for a window unit. just latched the end curtain to the fake tailgate. Worked pretty good.

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

Put a RoughCountry 4" lift on the cucv clone suburban today. Still need to put on the stainless extended brake lines. Going to replace the calipers while I have the lines off.

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

Scraped the cardboard headliner (or whatever it's made of) with a wire brush to remove all the old glue and foam. Sprayed some good 3m glue and layed it out.

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

Redid the headliner in my cucv clone suburban. Used marine marpat digital camouflage material. I think it turned pretty darn good if I must say so myself.

    Removing house paint over CARC

A buddy of mine went to the dollar store and bought every can of oven cleaner they had and sprayed it on. Took the house paint right all off.

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

Installed a m1009 rear bumper onto the rear of my cucv burban an clone. Wasn't too bad, a lot of putting on and taking off to get the holes marked and drilled. Still needs to be adjusted a little bit.

Finished out some AR15 80% lowers, even did a little custom engraving on the side.
