    Lolly-Pop lights

    I had lolipop lights on a Freightliner Cabover I drove for North American Van Lines many years ago DH and the rear facing lenses was always red. I traversed upstate NY many times in it and never had any issues with law enforcement. If only I had taken pictures when I was young and dumber.

    Fuel filters are one of my must do first things as well as drain old fuel and add new fuel. Bleed fuel system and crank her up, of course after doing all the other things mentioned by other posters above.

    One more note about engine brakes be careful using them on slick surfaces they can cause you to brake traction really quick.

But my opinion of engine brakes is that they can be a life saver at times but wont fix stupid when negotiating a steep grade the best brake is common sense and being ever vigilant on whats around you and always do the posted speed...
